Can I change the bracelet/strap size

Yes, every order comes with a complimentary link removal tool, so you can easily adjust the bracelet to get the perfect fit for your wrist.

Can I switch my watch strap or bracelet once I receive it?

Absolutely, all of our straps and bracelets are interchangeable. When you order an additional strap or bracelet, we include a strap removal tool to make swapping them easy and convenient.

What materials are the watches made out of?

Our watches are crafted from 316L Stainless Steel, which offers exceptional durability, and a sleek finish. As well as Sapphire Crystal, known for its superior scratch resistance and clarity, ensuring a clear view of your watch face. Inside, you'll find a reliable Seiko NH35 Movement.

Are you affiliated with Seiko?

No, we are not affiliated with Seiko in any way. We use Seiko automatic movements due to their renowned reliability and quality, but each watch is independently assembled with custom components tailored for our customers.

Do you offer any warranty on the watches?

We offer a 1-year warranty for watches covering defects in materials, craftsmanship, movement, assembly, and functional issues under normal use. The warranty does not cover scratches, water resistance issues, or damage resulting from user tampering or misuse.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my watch?

We start assembling your watch 24 hours after your order has been placed, as each watch is crafted on demand to ensure top quality. The assembly process typically takes 1-2 weeks to meet our high standards of quality and performance. Once completed, your watch is shipped with an estimated delivery time of 4-5 working days worldwide.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all watch orders. However, due to certain restrictions, we're not able to ship to certain countries, please check at checkout to see if we ship to your location.

Order

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is sent to your email automatically after placing your order. If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder as it may have been filtered there. If you still haven't received it after 24 hours, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us via email. If your request is made in time, we'll cancel it before processing begins. After 24 hours, your order will likely already be in production or shipping.

Can I return my watch?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Watches returned without any manufacturing or craftsmanship defects will be subject to return shipping costs
